These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Good Gifting (the “Service”), operated by Veianya Hansen (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Service

Good Gifting is a gift recommendation and list-management tool. The Service is provided free of charge and includes curated gift suggestions based on your answers to a short questionnaire, gift lists, and a curated holiday hot list. No account or payment is required.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your gift lists

Gift lists you create are stored locally in your own web browser. We do not host them, and they are not synced between devices. Clearing your browser data will remove them, and you are responsible for keeping any copies you wish to retain.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, or scraping.
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or technical limits.

Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Veianya Hansen or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Cost

The Service is provided free of charge. We do not sell products or subscriptions through the Service and do not collect payments from you.

Service level

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that gift recommendations will suit every recipient or occasion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veianya Hansen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, which is provided free of charge.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Veianya Hansen is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
